The amount of debt that the average college student receives after graduating a four year institution is enormous and detrimental to the future of this nation. Many other nations, including, but not limited to, France, Argentina, Norway and Morocco, have installed free or near free tuition for their students and have allowed them to have some semblance of financial stability upon entering the workforce. It is ridiculous and absurd to expect to live up to the expectations and ideals of the previous generations when the current generations is being crushed under the weight of debt and joblessness.
