We believe there is a strong widespread desire to put an end to puppy mills. Many have already tried but have not succeeded. We come to you as our leader and look to you for the answer. According to the humane society there are over 10,000 puppy mills in the U.S. These innocent dogs live in inhumane conditions their whole lives with no other purpose other than to breed puppies. They spend their lives locked in a tiny cage having sometimes as many as 140 litters in their lifetime. We can't stop puppy mills without the help of congress. Without you our efforts will be futile and the suffering to innocent animals will continue. It must be you who stops it.
