Make the purchase of Pressure Cookers require the same exact Back Ground Checks used for the purchase of a firearm.

With the tragedy In Boston it is apparent that Pressure Cookers can be used as a " Weapon of Mass Destruction". With that in mind, We need a background check system in place similar or exact to those used when purchasing a firearm. Also have in place "Pressure Cooker Free Zones". We are not asking to ban to pressure cookers all together. Just have background checks in place and regulate them to be no bigger than 1 qt.
