Make questionnaires on job applications illegal.

Created by B.P. on March 16, 2013

As a person who has filled out several hundred questionnaires on job applications I have become extremely annoyed with them, as well see how un-fair they are to the job seeker.

1. These forms make you to select a answer in which you have no personal input on.
(limits creativity of a job seeker).

2, Most employers require these before they look at the application.
(This is unfair for the job seeker due to the questions, and answers provided).

3. Extremely time consuming.
(While most take 20 minutes to an hour, when someone like myself has done hundreds that is crazy).

I have spent around 600 hours doing these questionnaires, with no luck of even getting a job. 600 hours is a very long time with nothing to show for. This also seems like free labor.
