Make the "R" word a bad word.

People these days throw the word retard around like its nothing. Well, it is something. It is hurtful when used in the wrong context. People with disabilities can be largely affected by it. Especially when people carelessly call others that word. What is worse is when people call intellectually disabled people retarded. It has been a term associated with intellectually disabled people for years but has recently been not used appropriately.
