NOBODY should feel excluded because of their color. Too often people will be heard out in public degrading someone because of their skin. People are often times JUDGED not for the person they are and the traits they acquire, but their ethnicity. It's just WRONG. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions..but in public, where children play and could potentially overhear the foul/unjust slurs..there HAS to be some form of punishment. MAKE IT ILLEGAL TO SAY ANY RACIAL/OFFENSIVE SLUR REGARDING COLOR/ETHNICITY.
