I would like the Obama Administration to officially endorse RainyEmz as Twitch Partner extraordinaire. She brightens and enriches so many of my fellow American's lives. If the power of her smile and hair colors could be harnessed, America would no longer have need for fossil fuels. I believe this support from you is so important for our country. I know she'd use this power in true and just ways. P.S. I would also like you to send her a brand new car of her choosing, one million dollars, and 100 plane tickets to any location of her choosing. This will all be to support her throwing an amazing party and flying her devoted fans to Tennesee to party with her. The rest of the tickets may be used as she sees fit.
