Make re-financing manufactured housing as affordable, fair and accessible as it is for standard housing.

Created by P.T. on October 27, 2011

Financing institutions should be required to provide re-financing for manufactured housing at the same cost and on the same terms to hard working Americans who are just as credit worthy as owners of standard housing. They should not be able refuse to provide this option, especially when they finance new purchases of manufactured housing. The absense of such an option creates an un-fair and un-reasonable burden on Americans who own these homes, and prevents them from building financial strength and contributing more to our economy. In addition, this unfair practice by lenders perpetuates the housing crisis and is yet another example of elite banking interests victimizing and bleeding the middle and lower classes for their own enrichment.
