Make the re-selling of any kind of high dollar sneaker release for anything other than retail price illegal

Created by M.H. on February 02, 2013

There are people who make purchases of high dollar releases of sneakers from brands like Nike, Jordan and Reebok and re-sell them for exorbitant amounts of money on the internet. After purchasing them for retail cost at stores like Footlocker, Footaction USA, Champs Sports, Finishline, and any other kind of retailer.

Some shoes depending upon their demand go for as high as 1000 or more or on the lower end of the reselling around 300 depending on the value of the sneaker in question. It is a gross over valuing of something like a pair of sneakers and it's about time to make the re-sellers pay and pay dearly.

There's already enough economic strife in America and there doesn't need to be anymore especially coming from our own citizens of this country. Stop the ripoffs sign the petition.
