More and more companies are hiring temporary workers on a short-term "as needed" basis through these agencies. Workers need permanent jobs so they can have some sort of future. Temporary workers can not plan for their future. They have no idea when their jobs will end and when they will be placed in another job. This causes a lot of pain and suffering for single Americans and Americans with families. This also affects our economy because these workers can not spend their dollars. Their jobs could end at any time. This also contributes to job creation numbers that are not accurate.
