I believe that recycling should be made into law. This encourages sustainability. Effectively this will eliminate a large percentage of waste and litter as well as create jobs in the process.
Major corporations have a responsibility to innovate and maintain their stock. Untold numbers of computers, cell phones, packaging, wrappers, plastic are all produced every day. Many of which end up in landfills or alongside our highways. Major corporations should be taxed or required by law to fund the infrastructure that would be necessary to recapture as much of this waste as possible.
