1. Complete overhaul of the existing system used to fill federal jobs which continues to eliminate many qualified applicants due to confusing, technical jargon.
2. Lower qualification standards for positions so that many regular citizens may be eligible to apply without being considered ineligible due to competition from those who are already federal employees.
3. Reduce the amount of time it takes to fill federal positions. The time it currently takes to have an existing application to even be reviewed is too long.
