The title says it all. Repeat offending child predators should be executed if rehabilitation is not acheived after their first conviction and they are convicted of a sex crime against a child a second time to include child pornagraphy etc. I stress the capitol punishment should only be in place upon repeat offense to ensure a wrongfully convicted person is never executed the first time around and only a repeat offender 2nd conviction should face the death penalty.
