Make the Republican members of Congress foot the bill for voting 62 times to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

Since the members of Congress are paid by Lobbyists to repeatedly files motions against a program the American supported through popular sovereignty. And since the American people reaffirmed their support by re-electing the president after the Affordable Care Act was in place. And since they vote as a unified group, Republican members of congress should be required to repay the American taxpayers for the cost. This should include the salaries of Congress during these actions, as well as any extra costs that were incurred.
