Please move swiftly to propose tough new rules to require fracking chemical manufacturers and processors to report all the chemicals used during fracking as well as the risks they pose to EPA, track their use by quantity and location and to require that EPA provide this critical information to the public for the benefit of public safety, research, and first response purposes.
