Allow all motorcycle drivers in all states to split lanes between cars. This is a safe practice and and it saves gas for all on the road by reducing traffic. Keeping motorcyclists exposed in traffic can be harmful to their respiratory systems. The U.S. (with the exception of California) is one of the only nations in the world to disallow this safe practice.
