This is an open petition, from a concerned citizen, taking the position that it is a basic human right, not a government instituted permission, for gay, or same sex members of this country to freely marry. To be permitted to enter into the union, or married, if you will of two people, that claim to love each other. Nation wide recognition is needed to cement this new law into the society at large.
