Make the Sandy Hook Elementary School a memorial site for victims of school violence.

This is a petition is a proposal to make Sandy Hook Elementary school a memorial site for the victims of school violence such as the one that occurred here and also at other schools such as Columbine and Virginia Tech.
The purpose of the memorial would be to remember each of the victims. Their names, a picture of the, and what the family would like us to know about them.
Along with making this, the federal government will fund making a new elementary school for the children of Newton, CT. That way the students will have a new place in where they can feel safe and a school in which they won't be haunted by memories of what happened.
All of this is being proposed with the understanding, however, that this should only go forth if the people of Newton consent. Their wishes come first.
