This petition serves to garner National level support of a change to the official day of the week for national level Congressional and Presidential elections. Moving the national level election day to Saturday will serve to ensure the maximum opportunity to vote by workers in America. This change will also serve to support election place workers and other volunteers by not having to miss work or take paid leave to assist in election poll work.
