I am having a hard time understanding why it is not standard for all of these children to receive a decent, free meal when it is a necessity for them on many levels. It's not fair that criminals get 3 meals a day on the taxpayer's dollar. What about these kids?! And how about sufficient time to eat these meals. Where have our priorities gone?
