Make school lunches more nutritious with more quantity for less money!

I believe that kids nowadays are either being starved of nutrients or really being starved, because there are people in poverty across America that find it hard to find a meal and when they do, it has no nutritional value and the quantity of food is almost nonexistent. What happens when a child in that school district dies because of starvation? I as a teacher in Chicago, Illinois I have seen this in kids from kindergarten to college. This is getting out of hand, and not every child in America is obese. You have to think of the other 67 percent of children in America!
