To make a school year longer than the 180 day currently in place.

We need to get more education into our children thatn the current 180 days, Children get 3 months off for summer and a big portion of the begining of the next school year is spent reviewing what children learned in the previous year, because children forget what they learned in the previous year over the course of the 3 month break for summer. I believe that other nations that are simular to the USA require children to go to school all year long. Im not for children going 5 days a week and 52 weeks a year but maybe get 4 weeks off for summer and keep the other breaks the same. Our children deserve to learn at a rate that the rest of the industrial nations learn. Maybe then we can once again become the great nation we once were.
