It is overly distracting when classrooms are under 70 degrees. It's unbearable and causes students to only think about the temperature and go into survival mode. It's intrusive on a students education and makes a student resent school and classes that are freezing. Schools should be required to be at least 70 degrees which is widely known as room temperature.
