Schools have been retaliating and pushing out kids with food allergies. The ones who have not have waited until a child has died before they put policies and procedures in place. Civil rights are not being enforced. Schools are back lashing against special needs kids so parents are forced to home school for fear they will die in the care of the school. Children are being forced to sit alone at nut free tables, pack their own lunches because no one knows what is in the food, and be excluded from all parties and events. Civil rights are being violated and fape is being denied. Kids can not ride the school bus and equally participate in school activities. This is a national issue and is being seen by parents across the United States. My child was five when he was forced out of school.
