make SCOTUS keep all personal religious, work relations, including family and friends, out of their decisions making.

Recently, SCOTUS has made decisions that have put corporations rights over the rights of American Citizens. Several have sided with their old employers and / or sided with their mates employers.
With this, SCOTUS members should remove themselves and be silent on any issue(s) that come before the Supreme Court in which anyone has had any connections with, through family and/ or friends or has received any kind of compensation from those before the Courts, past or present!
