We want to see it become a felony to own a semi-automatic, automatic or assault weapon.
No ban of these weapons prevents their circulation if they are owned already.
These weapons must be made illegal.
They serve NO legitimate purpose in civilian society and enable mass murders to easily kill many people in a short time.
Access to them must not only be restricted but revoked.
All existing semi-automatic, automatic and assault weapons must be turned in and melted down upon the passage of this law.
We do not support a complete ban on the right to bare arms just those that are military and police grade.
