Make separate classes for children with specials needs so they are not holding the majority of kids back from learning.

Why should kids with special needs be put into an environment that will hold the majority of kids back from learning. If students want to learn they should HAVE THE RIGHT to do so without being held back by students who do not take school seriously and hold they people back who want to get a good education. I was always mad when I was in high school because I would get a kid in my group that maybe couldn't speak english or would goof off during class. And that held back my education. Kids that don't want to learn should be put into separate classes so they would hold the majority from learning. People might say this might hurt the kids feelings or not let them fit in. Well they go to school to learn, not to goof off all day and play games, look at Japan and Europe. Were in trouble.
