Make September 9th a national holiday in my honor.

I am a pretty decent guy, so why not have a day after me?
On September 9th, my birthday, people are encourage to wear clothes that are five sizes too big, and wear sweet top hats.
Also, that day, there will be no school or work, because it's a holiday.
