The penalties for these laws now do not serve justice to those harmed. The children are ruined for a lifetime and the offender is back on the street after a few years, many of them, committing the same crime again. Putting another child through trauma that could have been avoided had the individual been punished properly. This sickness cannot be rehabilitated or corrected. These criminals need not be reintroduced into society!
