Right now the laws regarding Sexual Assault in the United States are atrocious and flawed. They are poorly written and highly unequal among the genders and ages in today's society. With the constant news of rape and molestation growing rapidly, we still manage to hear about the attackers getting minimum sentencing and even getting out for good behavior.
We need to change these laws as soon as possible. From it not only being children, and women who are getting harmed but to all the genders. And to crack down on the attackers by increasing sentencing making 15 years as a minimum sentence with no bail. We cannot afford to see any more of these attackers returning to the streets each day to victimize all of our families and friends. We cannot allow another person suffer due to flawed laws.
