I am an 8th grade student in Centralia, Washington. Every day, I see students harassed for their sexual orientation and even their opinion towards gay rights. I hear people called horrible slurs that I'd rather not repeat every time I step out to the hallway.
So please, make sexual harassment towards LGBT students in our schools a zero-tolerance policy, punishable with long-term expulsion or permanent expulsion.
