Make shorts that would be atleast two inches above the knee illegal and pants that sag beneath the waistline.

Immodest clothing such as "short shorts" and pants that unneededly sag below the waistline should be designated as indecent exposure and dealt as such. These clothing styles are a bad influence on the youth of America by promoting viewing of pornography and fornication. These clothing styles also may increase rape incidents and taking part in acts such as adultery and harlotry. These clothing styles not only are immoral but are also very informal which leads Americans to be looked down on. Abolishing these forms of clothing will not only increase morale in America but also will make America a more child-friendly place.
