All law enforcement personnel, including but not limited to, police officers, sheriff officers, highway patrol officers, corrections officers, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents, and security guards should be mandated to always wear and operate a shoulder mounted camera or similar device with an integrated microphone.
Too many times have law enforcement personnel been involved in allegations of corruption or misconduct. This petition intends to keep all personnel with authority accountable for their actions.
Law enforcement personnel doing their job correctly and efficiently should be seen and commended for their deeds. As well as, law enforcement personnel abusing their power and authority should seen and reprimanded appropriately.
