Make a single mother law

There should be a law for pregnant women to get paternity prior to birth. If they dont establish paternity, they have to sign a document stating they choose to be single mothers and not find the father of the child nor pursue paternity testing to the father(s) in question. This will eliminate alot of child support issues. Right now there is an unfair law that if a questionable father doesnt show up to a court date, he is automatically named the father, without a DNA test. how unfair? and i am a woman. Right is right, wrong is wrong. Women should be more responsible with the men they sleep with. I think this petition could help alot of people in different ways. Some people dont want to know or find the father but are forced to when applying for government assistance.
