Make a site like this for Congress in order for citizens to express necessary changes beyond just the executive branch.

I have read multiple petition responses that have referred to the fact that his site is solely for the Obama administration and some ideas that have been brought to the table are beyond his power. We should be able to easily submit ideas to congress and create petitions without having to send letters to Washington.
