Make the site detect the country its accessed from to block foreign citizens like myself from signing/creating petitions

I don't know if it's legal or not, but i don't think it's okay for some petitions to get signed by thousands or hundred of thousands of non-US citizens regarding US law or whatever happening in the US, specially if they get approved afterwards.
