Let's see how much support we can get for a legalization petition (only marijuana). Let's legalize small amounts of marijuana on person. People can ONLY smoke in own property (land and house) and will be able to carry up to 7 grams. If this gets over 25,000 signatures, I'd hope the Barack Obama Administration would begin to see the will of the people and look into legalization measures this Presidency could take immediately in order to combat the effects of recession. Marijuana would create a new tax for Government maintenance and would actually create jobs directly and indirectly (directly in dispensaries, indirectly in local businesses and tourism). Let's take the examples of Colorado and Washington as things we can achieve nationwide...
