To make smoking with children in a vehicle under the legal smoking age limit illegal while operating a vehicle.

This petition supports the ban of smoking while operating a vehicle with children and/or minors under the age of the legal smoking age limit. This would allow all minors under the legal age of the smoking limit to ensure safe travel within an operated vehicle without the use of tobacco smoking products. This would help limit sickness, asthma, and other health related issues within children that are known to be caused by second hand smoke. This is also a voice and platform to encourage this law for our children who are not able to voice their opinion.
