Make smoking inside of a vehicle while a child under the age of 16 years old is present illegal.

If you're caught smoking in a car with a child under the age of 16 you should receive a fine. It should be a three strike system for this crime. The fine increases every time and on the third time you must take a class. The class should only be held on Saturdays and should last majority of the day. If you fail the test to pass the class you must retake the class and your license is suspended until you pass. As adults we smoke in the faces of young children. We let their immature lungs inhale poison without any consequence. How can anyone do this to someone they love? Be the voice for the ones who cannot speak. Protect our children. Protect our future.
