A long, country wide debate: Should Abortion be illegal? Should Same Sex couples be allowed to marry? The answers are simple: Abortion should not be illegal. Same Sex couples should be allowed to marry.
Many people specifically vote 1 sided during election year solely on these 2 issues. The purpose of this petition is to rise up and make these issues no longer issues.
Why should they be ruled unconstitutional? The 1st Amendment says so: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press"
No law respecting an establishment of religion. Opposition of these 2 issues is based solely on religion.
