Make social security to take no more then 4 yrs to complete its hole process of disability and retirement process.

To many people have been on the social security review board team, re appeal process for ssa/ssi. There needs to be a cap on ssi side to protect the disabled. The applicant should not wait 4-6 yrs or more to get an answer.Make the hole system process illegal to go over 4 yrs long.
