Limit House and Senate members to two terms, or at least put it to a public vote.
Put all future raises for Senate and House members on public ballots. If they work for us, shouldn't we give them their raises?
Enact an amendment making it so that Congress can not write any law that it's members do not have to follow themselves.
Allow only one item per bill.
