Last year Vivienne Harr, age 8, saw a photo that changed her life, two boys from Nepal her own age working as slaves carrying granite slabs strapped to their backs, holding hands for mutual comfort.
She decided to free those boys by raising donations through a lemonade stand. Her social purpose business model allowed her to ask customers to “pay what’s in their heart” and by staying open every day, rain or shine, she has raised nearly $1 Million in under a year.
This summer Vivienne wants to start a lemonade company to continue her campaign and we invite President Barak Obama along with wife Michelle and daughters Malia and Sasha to Make A Stand with us on August 20th at The White House to sell Vivienne's organic, fair-trade lemonade with proceeds to end child slavery. Please join us!
