Make States that have chosen to Legalize Cannabis in some way to be completely immune to the Controlled Substances Act.

States that have chosen to ennact some kind of Cannabis legalization should be able to do so with with out interferance from the Federal Government.
People, good Americans who would otherwise not be criminals are penalized by a law that was created out of fear, racial discrimination, greedy politicians, and just plain old evil people. Some majorities of people among a certain few States have ennacted Cannabis Laws that should recieve no retaliation from Government, because of the 10th Amendment to the Constitution. It declares "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Therefore the Federal Government should grant immunity to States that have Cannabis laws.
