Memes are stolen from citizens on a daily basis. These memes are important to almost every person in the world who has internet access, and provide many of us with a will to live. When memes are stolen, it damages society across the world and can induce mental complications on those affected. We need to create a way to punish and regulate those who steal memes from others.
