one thing i would like to change is the regulations that the foster care system has. i think there should be stricker rules for the foster parents to follow like more home visits from the case workers,and they should not be giving more children if there is cases of neglect against the parents or abuse.so many children get abused while in foster care and nothing is ever done about it. its time to make a change.
