Make strickter laws on missuse of wealfare / foodstamps/medical,

To put a stop to all these people whom fill out forms with lots of lies to get more money and more foodstamps, and to get medical, that don't evens get checked on, versa's those whom go fill out the forms fully truthfully and either can't get it when they need it. or get not evens enough to get through the mounth with, and have to go around begging for help from churches, or neighbors, or just go without, not fair to us, they can get by with telling all these lies, show up with fake info, not checked into to prove if its true or not, which there is always ways to find out if its true, to get enough to get through two months or use it to buy something that isn't food or not supost to be used on, instead of where it should go with disabled ones out here that can't get it at all. so sad.
