Develop a special "New Business Development Loan' to individuals who can start up a business that manufactures products in U S to compete with what we import., eg. medical devices, solar products etc etc...'Made in America' start up loans,
There seems to be a real negative attitude towards items continually manufactured overseas when we can certainly make similar products here. It also seems if Americans will pay extra for quality.
In order for this to work, we need to revise, re-look, amend some of our OSHA laws to give the above new businesses the ability to bring product to market.
As we amend we must also find ways to recycle residuals from these new businesses that present new waste into the environment.
This will help create new jobs in retraining those already unemployed.
