Suicide like murder has two sides to the story, one is a murderer, one is a victim to murder. In suicide people still cry for you, someone is still killed, everyone is effected by it. Now obviously you cant arrest someone who has committed suicide, but you can convict someone for attempt, and conspiracy to commit suicide. We can give them a month in jail, and give them help. There is no difference between putting a gun to your head and pulling the trigger, to someone getting shot in the head out in the streets.
