The environment is clearly not up to scratch. Given that it's all up in the air anyway, why not take advantage of the changes and just make summer last all year long?
Winter does have its place, however so we think it would only be fair to allow one place to be cold. I suggest somewhere mountainous so those who are interested in winter sports can get that out of their system. Maybe France, it's nice there.
The government must act.
